Starting the Quarante cinq gave Ann and Tom, both fourty-five, a new direction to their lives.

Tom is a long-time gourmet, knowing everything concerning drinks and food.

The idea to start their own business had been brewing for some time with Tom and when Jan came up with the property in the Kapellestraat everything came in acceleration. Tom takes the kitchen on his behalf while Ann and daughter Dotja are the faces for their guests.

Quarante cinq is a place where everyone feels welcome.

Hospitality and friendliness are key to a kitchen focusing on quality products - with the occasional surprise.

Our ambition is to make our quality a daily reality, because eating should be more than just satisfying hunger.

Opening hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 12 am to 2:30 pm and from 6 till 8:30 pm, Saturday from 6 to 9 pm  and Sunday from 12 to 2 pm.
